I am a freelance journalist and editor, specialising in music and entertainment journalism. Across a range of mediums including social media, broadcast and print, I can deliver professional content within tight deadlines. My bylines include Discovered Magazine, Gaydio, Discovered, Insanity Radio and TotalRock, amongst others. I can write copy, features and reviews that capture art in the moment, as well as succinct news reports that draw attention to the issues that matter most. Providing coverage of some of the UK’s biggest events including Eurovision, Download Festival and the London Film and Comic Con.

With over five years of editorial experience across a range of platforms, I can carry out industry-standard editorial content, working with a large cohort of professionals to deliver effective and sustainable management. As a founder and developer of Out Of Rage, a young people’s music magazine and network that gives opportunities to all regardless of background, we have worked hard to give opportunities to over 400 young people across the UK. In particular, I lead the show and festival content of the platform, as well as managing the platforms and recruitment processes of our network.

Alongside this, I have over two years of experience working in the book publishing industry, both in marketing and proofreading. I have a keen eye for detail and can work hard to maintain authentic voices across language translations and first drafts. I have also worked successfully with authors to run social media, blogs and fan content for book and event campaigns.
